Lovely Stay Experience
helpful staff convenience stores coin laundry
I found the staff ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel also has multiple convenience stores nearby (I liked the Lawson!). The coin laundry was very handy for washing clothes before returning home.

small room expensive restaurant
The room was smaller than expected given the price. opening luggage was difficult without obstructing movement in the room. the restaurant felt excessively expensive. a service charge was applied. i would have expected better value.

convenient location attentive staff amazing decor loud footsteps gaps in curtains limited room service
The location is really convenient with several train lines nearby. This made exploring different areas easy. The staff was attentive and friendly (. The hotel decor is amazing, and I loved the books that were available to read.
I could hear a lot of foot steps when people walked above, I could hear things. The curtains aren't fully closed, so there's always a gap for light to come through from the top when the sun rises. Room service was every three days. I felt they used the excuse of being 'environmentally friendly' to not provide daily service.
